Supervisor/Technical Support/Service Technician(American Barcode Corporation 1998-Present):Service Technician responsibilities include repair, maintenance, and technical support of numerous brands of bar-coding printers, scanners, data collectors, including RF network access points and hand held computers, adding value to our products for our customers. Front line Technical support technician for one of our largest customers. Travel to numerous locations on customers premise's to perform site-survey, adding benefits for our customers giving our service department resources for additional income. Factory trained from numerous manufacturers of bar-coding equipment, allowing discounts from manufacturers and helping achieve higher profit margins. Train other technicians on the repair and maintenance of bar-coding equipment, improving productivity and turn-around times.
